Be Part of the New Hope Program
The New Hope Program seeks highly motivated individuals who aspire to make a difference in the lives of the children of South Mississippi. The New Hope Program employees and interns serve as a connecting link for children with challenges and their peers. This approach opens doors for healthy interactions for all of the children of South Mississippi.
About the Internship
Full-Time Internships are available year round. Each intern is given an array of responsibilities to fulfill such as:
Working in small groups
Coordinating meetings with school personnel
Completing behavioral progress reports
Communicating progress with the behavioral team
Various other duties
Qualifications
Undergraduate and Graduate students working toward degrees in psychology or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Several universities have had student’s complete internships through the New Hope Program. The universities include the following:

William Carey University
University of South Alabama
